Return Policy for Customer Remorse
If you change your mind, items may be returned within 30 days, starting from the day after you receive your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@mineblock.co, so we can provide return instructions.
We only accept returns for customer remorse under the following conditions:
• For items with a manufacturer seal, the manufacturer seal must remain unopened.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original accessories, manuals, and components included.
Return shipping costs for customer remorse are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days after receiving the return instructions from our support team.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we will need to provide proper return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Policy for Damaged, Wrong, or Dysfunctional Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or not functioning properly, you must contact us within
7 days of receiving your order by email at support@mineblock.co,
After contacting us and receiving return instructions, you will have up to 30 days from the delivery date
to return the product and receive either a refund or replacement. This also applies to items that become
faulty within 30 days of delivery.
For damaged, wrong, or defective items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we must review the issue and provide return instructions.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• All accessories, manuals, packaging, and included items must be returned.
• Items that show signs of use, physical damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
We reserve the right to deny or partially refund returns if the returned item does not meet these conditions.
Returning an Order
To return an order, please contact us at support@mineblock.co, and include:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the product if the item is damaged or defective
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.
When returning an item:
1. Securely pack the item in a suitable shipping box.
2. Ensure the item is properly protected during transit.
3. Ship the package using a reliable shipping service.
Returns sent without contacting our support team first may not be accepted.
Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you may follow the return policy above once the order is delivered.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without contacting us first, the order will be treated as a customer remorse return.
In such cases:
• Return shipping and any carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
• The refund will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us by the carrier:
• The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order, or
• Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled.
Lost Shipments
If 2 days have passed since the expected delivery date and your package has not arrived, please contact

We will investigate the shipment with the courier. If the shipment cannot be located after the investigation,
it will be considered lost, and you will be eligible for either a full refund or a replacement.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
If approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process and will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to
our error or a defective product.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, we encourage customers to contact our support team at support@mineblock.co so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process, as we will need to
respond through the payment provider’s dispute procedure.
